Payment: First payment (25% of the total rental amount) should be paid within 10 days of the date on the contract. The remaining rental amount, deposit and other expenses are paid in the house on the date of arrival. The difference between the deposit and the expenses incurred during the stay (eg. electricity and telephone) , are paid back on the day of departure.

Arrival og departure (normal): Arrival Saturday at 4.00 PM. Departure Saturday at 10.00 AM.

Included: The houses are equipped with sleeping quilts and pillows. (not for the babycot). The houses are equipped the cutlery, pans and pots, dishes and so on. The houses are equipped with detergents, washingup-liquid, and cleaning-products. The firewood is free in the 10 bed house (no. 5), and can be bought to the 8 bed house (no. 3).

Remember: Remember to bring your own towels and bedlinen (can be rented if wanted).

Additionally: The pool in the poolhouse is about 28 degrees celcius. Endcleaning can be bought. Animals not allowed in the 8 bed house (no. 3), but can be brought to the 10 bed house (no. 5) at a cost per animal and a compulsory endcleaning.
Rowing boat with an outboard motor, motorboat (Askeladden 510) and canoo are available for rental in the houses. Expected consumption of electricity: Whirlpoolhouse (no. 3) 50-350 units per week, Poolhouse (no. 5) 350-800 units per week.

Surroundings: The houses can be rented all year round and are situated in Ålbæk, 23 km. vest of Skive. It is a vacationhome area, having a Campground nearby with a large swimmingpool, minigolf, cafeteria, bar and so on. The beach is ideal for children and of the best quality. The area is perfect for a relaxing holiday with good opportunities for watersports, hiking og biking. It is also only a short drive to good go

Whirlpool house Ålbækparken 03.

Build 1998 / 87 m2 / 6+2 people + 1 child u/3 yrs. Animals not allowed!

The house is located in the west of Salling, approx. 23 km. west of Skive. This cozy and well designed house is situated on an absolutely private 2600 m2 lot, with lawn and trees. There are several walk paths in this lovely vacation home area, and only 250 m. to a beach with bathing jetties ideal children. Here you can really get away from it all and relax. The house consists of 2 lovely bathrooms, one of them with a whirlpool and a sauna, so that you can loosen your tired muscles. The area is very scenic and is close to many facilities, such as a camping ground with a large swimming pool, miniature golf, cafeteria and so on. The house is available all year round, and a canoe, rowing- or motorboat can be rented in addition.

Main room: 33 m2, fireplace, telephone, radio, cd, TV, satellite dish, video, DVD. 3 bedrooms: (1 Double bed) + (1 Double bed) + (2 Single beds), baby cot, baby chair. Extra sleeping area  in the living room. Kitchen: electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cooker hood, coffee machine, dishwasher. 2 bathrooms: toilet, sink, shower, tumble dryer, washing machine, sauna, whirlpool and heated floors. In addition, carport, covered patio, solarium, swing, sandbox and grill.
