Animals against payment !
Payment:
First payment (25% of the total rental amount) should be paid within 10 days of
the date on the contract. The remaining rental amount, deposit and other
expenses are paid in the house on the date of arrival. The difference between
the deposit and the expenses incurred during the stay (eg. electricity and
telephone) , are paid back on the day of departure.
Arrival og departure
(normal): Arrival Saturday at
4.00 PM. Departure Saturday at 10.00 AM.
Included:
The houses are equipped with sleeping quilts and pillows. (not for the babycot).
The houses are equipped the cutlery, pans and pots, dishes and so on. The houses
are equipped with detergents, washingup-liquid, and cleaning-products. The
firewood is free in the 10 bed house (no. 5), and can be bought to the 8 bed
house (no. 3).
Remember:
Remember to bring your own towels and bedlinen (can be rented if wanted).
Additionally:
The pool in the poolhouse is about 28 degrees celcius. Endcleaning can be
bought. Animals not allowed in the 8 bed house (no. 3), but can be brought to
the 10 bed house (no. 5) at a cost per animal and a compulsory endcleaning.
Rowing boat with an outboard motor, motorboat (Askeladden 510) and canoo are
available for rental in the houses. Expected consumption of electricity:
Whirlpoolhouse (no. 3) 50-350 units per week, Poolhouse (no. 5) 350-800 units
per week.
Surroundings: The houses can be rented all year round and are situated in
Ålbæk, 23 km. vest of Skive. It is a vacationhome area, having a Campground
nearby with a large swimmingpool, minigolf, cafeteria, bar and so on. The beach
is ideal for children and of the best quality. The area is perfect for a
relaxing holiday with good opportunities for watersports, hiking og biking. It
is also only a short drive to good go

The house is situated in western Salling 23 km. west of Skive. So if you are looking for a vacation home with
comfort and all amenities, e.g. 2 beautiful bathrooms, one with a super shower
panel, then you have here a really lovely, modern and cozy house. The house is
situated on a 2600 m2 private lot, with lawn and trees. The beach is only 200 m
away, and ideal for children, with bathing jetties. The area and the
surroundings are very scenic. The house and the pool are heated on the day of
arrival. The house is well insulated and has a solar panel for heating the pool,
and free firewood. (The consumption of electricity is normally around 350 - 800
units per week). The house is rented all year round and a rowing boat, a canoe
or a motor boat can be rented in addition.

Free Adsl/internet! Radio/cd, TV, satellite dish, video, DVD and heated floors. 3 rooms:
(1double bed) + (1 double bed) + (2 single beds), 2 baby cots and 1 baby chair.
2 extra sleeping areas: (Double bed) + (Double bed).
(Cottage: DB + etage bed). Kitchen: electric stove,
microwave, refrigerator and freezer, cooker hood, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Poolroom: whirlpool, sauna, swimming pool 5x3 m, swim trainer and heated floors.
2 bathrooms: toilet, sink, shower, shower panel, tumble dryer, washing machine
and heated floors. In addition: Carport, covered patio, solarium, swing,
sandbox, grill and so on.
